For breakfast we will cook oats and boiled eggs. First I will take oats which will weigh 50 grams. 100 ml each contains a mixture of milk and water. Other ingredients used include mango figs, walnut soaked nuts, flaxseed and a banana.

Complex carbohydrates are slow-digesting carbohydrates and help keep you strong throughout the day.

We all know that eggs contain proteins that inhibit muscle formation. And protein is important for building muscle. Also, all the dried fruit I eat contains good fats and other important vitamins that help me stay healthy. Now I will meet you all at lunch. Now we are going to prepare our lunch. But in addition to lunch, I will prepare my dinner. Why? Because I don't have time to cook all the food separately

So I saved some time by preparing my lunch and dinner together. Those who commute daily or go to the office can also save some time by cooking all the meals at once. Those who have enough time in the day can eat it fresh every time. I eat fish for lunch. Also dinner. 250 grams for lunch and 250 grams for dinner Also, I have green vegetables

For lunch as well as dinner. This is gourd. You can eat any green vegetable of your choice like Patal Karla, Potato, Capsicum etc. All Indian green vegetables are healthy and nutritious to eat. But before that I want to tell you that my favorite fish does not mean that you have to eat it.

Red pepper powder, because it will improve our metabolism and in the end, we will add 'Kitchen King Spice' to add some extra flavor.
One good thing about fish is that we don't need to marinate it before cooking, but still, I'd add two tablespoons of yogurt instead. About 100 ml so that the fish is not overcooked and maintains nutritional value. Now I will cover the pan with a lid and there will be steam inside the pan

The fish itself will cook well. You must be thinking that suddenly rice came on my plate but I cooked first. Now I will serve 150 grams of fish on a plate. So there are fish, rice and green vegetables. You may be interested in recipes for green vegetables.

My lunch is ready to eat now. This diet gives me lots of micronutrients and macronutrients, which will help me build strong and healthy muscles. Typically, I eat my pre-workout meal two hours after lunch, two hours after my workout, and the meal after my workout.
Now it's time for dinner. Since I have already cooked the fish, I will eat the remaining 250 grams for dinner. I show you that the first thing I eat for dinner is 250 grams of fish. The second thing is green vegetables. I did the same thing while making lunch.

Same again. So what's the difference between lunch and dinner? Let me share that with you. I eat two medium-sized cucumbers and a lemon. The reason for adding cucumber is that it contains fiber. The reason for adding lemon is that it contains vitamin C which removes toxins from the body. Moreover another important point is that we have now changed the source of carbohydrates. We have replaced white rice.

You can use sweet potatoes as well as white potatoes. I have digestive problems after eating sweet potatoes so I like to eat white potatoes. Now, let's cut. Our dinner is now ready to eat. From this diet, you will find a good mix of proteins, carbohydrates, fiber and basically micro and macronutrients that will help you build your muscles and keep you healthy.
