Single foot or leg circle


Sit in front of the computer and lift one foot up so that the feet are level with the ground. Now move the foot clockwise for fifteen seconds and counterclockwise for the next fifteen seconds. Now lower this leg and repeat with the other leg. This exercise will warm up your hip muscles and increase balance.
